At 57 years of age, I have finally eliminated my back pain. I have suffered with this terrible pain for about 8 years. Now it’s gone.

This video will give you some background. The 9 additional videos in this series will give you the details you need to make this work for you. This is about some simple exercises to build you abdominal, lower back and upper leg muscles.

This exercise program has been miraculous for me. Don’t even consider surgery unless after consistently doing these exercises you still have your pain.

During stretching exercise we should always breathe deeply and never force or push into a posture. The “go-go-go” mentality is counterproductive, and yoga is a powerful practice that compounds upon itself naturally. No need for brute force!

To begin a home practice, it’s smart to start with something manageable, say 20 minutes per day. From there, you can build and grow your practice to 50 or 60 minutes which is optimal for most people.
