I recorded most of this blog entry from my bed, first thing in the morning, in my pajamas, using the new notebook computer my hubby got me for my 40th birthday. So, I guess this is the “pajama party” edition of my blog!

This is my “Fibromyalgia Coffee Break” for Monday, October 8, 2007. (Yes, I’m posting it on November 1st because it took me three weeks to finish editing it. I got a little carried away on the music montage at the end.) Anyway, the topic today was answering two questions from someone who wrote to me from the United Kingdom. She is currently housebound due to severe pain and fatigue from fibromyalgia. She wanted to know if her life will ever be normal again? Will she ever be active and healthy again? Will she ever surf again? Somehow, in the course of answering this question, I ended up telling the story of how I started surfing, and how I met my husband. (We met surfing.) So, those are today’s topics, and it ends with a surfing montage, with footage from Hawaii. Enjoy! This is for Penny in the United Kingdom! Penny, I hope you feel better!
